Frozen product has no margin for error

A cooler that runs warm costs you quality. A freezer that runs warm costs you everything. Freezer trailer rental exists for the loads that cannot ride it out: frozen inventory after a walk-in failure, banquet production runs, seasonal stock, and every festival vendor selling anything that melts.

“B&S Cold Storage on Wheels really save me when my freezer went down. Fast delivery friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to those needing cold storage in a pinch.”

A walk-in freezer, on wheels

Walk-in freezer rental usually means a box built on site. Ours arrives towed and plugs in. You walk in at ground level with a single step, carts and stacked product move in and out without a ramp climb, and shelving is available. Most units switch to cooler mode too, so one rental can cover a cooler today and a freezer next week.

Portable freezer rental for weeks or months

For remodels, long equipment lead times and seasonal stock, a portable freezer trailer can sit outside your back door running quietly for weeks. Weekly and monthly rates bring the effective daily cost down. See every size and price →

Freezer trailer rental questions

How cold does a freezer trailer get?+
Cold enough to hold frozen product solid. Most units in our fleet switch between freezer and cooler mode, so you get exactly the temperature your product needs, confirmed before delivery.
Do you rent portable freezers?+
Yes. Our freezer trailers are portable walk-in freezers: towed to your site, set up and plugged into standard power, then picked up when you are done. They start at $139 a day on a 2-day minimum.
Can I get a freezer trailer the same day my walk-in fails?+
Often, yes, and fastest in Asheville and Western NC where we are based. Across the wider six-state footprint we respond on a rapid scheduled basis. Call (828) 713-4303 any time and we will tell you exactly what we can do.
What is the minimum freezer trailer rental?+
A 2-day minimum, then day, week and month rates. Weekly and monthly rentals are common for remodels, seasonal overflow and long equipment lead times, and the effective daily rate drops as the rental gets longer.
What power does a freezer trailer need?+
Standard electricity, no diesel. 110-volt units use a dedicated 20-amp, 3-prong connection; 220-volt units need a 30-amp connection. No power on site? We can refer a generator and help you size it.
