Bagged ice, delivered with the trailer

Every outdoor event burns more ice than anyone planned: drink tubs in the sun, coolers opened a hundred times, a raw bar that needs topping off every hour. We deliver 16 lb bags with your trailer, ordered the week before, so nobody makes a store run the morning of the event. Pair the ice with a freezer trailer and the bags stay solid all day; you pull them as you need them. Customers can even order a freezer trailer that arrives already loaded with ice.

Simple event terms

One estimate covers the trailers, the ice and the beer trailer. Trailers start at $139 a day on a 2-day minimum, which fits a weekend event exactly. Delivery and setup are priced up front with no fuel surcharges, and we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Tell us your date, your venue and what you are serving, and we will size it and give you an exact number, usually the same day.
